product is fine but the tub was only half full. May have been opened and returned

Pot of plaster less than half full!
The outer box arrived broken open and when I opened the pot of plaster was less than half full. Also around the top of the pot was hard set plaster as if pot had been opened/ used before being sent out. Using the plaster was fine but feel the pot should have been full.
