These plasters are a must-have for anyone who struggles with blisters, especially if you're breaking in new shoes. They come in different sizes to fit various spots, and they stick really well, even through long walks. The cushioning is perfect, and I barely feel the blister once it's on. It's a great product to have on hand for any shoe-related discomfort.

These are heel blister plasters, but I use them to protect the palms of my hands when driving race cars. They stay stuck in place even though my hands have a lot more flex than ankles and not even gloves will pull them off. Impressively sweat resistant. I really rate this product and it has saved me a lot of akin and pain over the years

They are okay, although it is very difficult to remove the paper backing and they don’t stick the best. The compeed ones are far better

Absolutely fabulous. Having had new work boots, painful blisters appeared on my heals after a couple of hours. I used these to heal the skin and protect from further damage while the boots wore in. Great value for money as they stay on for several days even with showering. Healed my skin quickly and easy and comfortable to use. Would recommend.
