I usually get the loose leaf butterfly pea tea so I was glad to come across these ! Perfect amount in each bag! Fresh! Tastes amazing with some honey or lemon! Keeps my skin clear. Definitely buying more! My 10 year old son loves this tea too!

pretty good tea, been seeing the effects!
this tea has been helping me focus a lot, I read up online on the effects of ashwagandha, and to note its not for everyone. I've bene taking in small doses, the flavour could be improved a bit but the main thing i was looking for is the effects. Also big priority was plant based. For the price it can't be beat

For the size of the bag the taste is is great the strength is just right. Easy to use, i just drop them in. I don't have to bag like the loose leaf. And it adds a sense of calm to my life.
