Some reviews are saying the quality changed. Is this true or are those just knock offs?

The "Sharp Edge" yellow package is much better than the "Super Stainless" green package. It's possible the reviewer mixed them up. The greens sometimes has a rough edge on the bottom side of the blade and dulls faster.

Are these blades coated with teflon or ptfe?

It might be platinum. The blades do not say and I could not as of yet find any information about the coating on the various shaving forums. They are sharp but cause a little irritation on my second and third pass. Of course, YMMV.

What country are these blades made?

I believe these are manufactured in Russia. These are one of my favorite blades. I'd say the sharpness is right below the feather blades with the smoothness of a derby blade.

Are these shipped in the "display" packaging, as depicted in the images?

Yes they are. You pull them out of the sleeve and then unfold it.
