Tastes great and gives me a nice boost in the morning without the jitters. I’ve made it the suggested way for cold brew and used the same measurements with my single serve kcup machine for hot and turned out good both ways!

Mason jar cold brew
Excellent cold brew. Use 8 Tbs coffee, 24 oz water and brew in fridge for 48 hours. When done brewing, remove grounds and mix 6oz coffee concentrate with 6oz cold water plus sweetener and/or milk of choice. Or not. Throw in a few ice cubes if you're feeling adventurous.

Lots of work for a cup of mushroom coffee
If it were instant it would better. Putting in refrigerator overnight then straining it is a lot of work for a cup of cold brew mushroom coffee. The taste is ok some thing you have to get used to. I would not drink it plain! I’m still tired and miss my coffee. But am trying this to ween off coffee.
