Aliseniors Step Stool with Handle, Heavy Duty 2 Step Stool for Bed, 350 lbs

I just had bilateral hip replacements. my adjustable bed is high, 30 inches off the floor. I was already using a box to step on but even that step was too high, so i ordered this two step stool. It is solid hard plastic steps non slip, has a good weight to it but not too heavy so easy to move. the handle to hold onto is sturdy. I am 5'2" and it is perfect for me. the steps are wide and deep enough to turn around on the upper step, both an easy and sturdy to make the turn. I have also a bar on the wall to hold on for the other side. the combination makes it feel safe to get into bed. definitely worth the money.

I did need a little bit of trial and error because instructions are not entirely clear which holes go where, but if you put it together wrong, you'll know because it won't assemble entirely. I wanted this for getting in and out of a bathtub, it's OK for getting in, not so good to put inside the tub after to get out. Also requires a moderate amount of upper body strength to use for the latter so not for frail people. You're better off if you can just get a walk-in shower or tub, to be honest. I think this will be handy for use around the home for getting up into places such as, in my case, an upper mounted AC unit to clean the filter, or the top shelf in the closet, high shelves in the kitchen, that kind of thing. Very sturdy once put together and not too heavy either. Only caution is that the metal looks like it would rust around the holes and pole ends if it got wet.

Following surgery in May of 2024 getting in and out of bed was a very real struggle for me. My spouse offered to get rid of our “high” bed and get one that would be easier for me. But this bed sleeps so good I really did not care to experiment. I bought these steps based on reviews and I have been pleased. It is sturdy, had a simple assembly (read the instructions carefully about which bolts go where!) and I am comfortable using it. The reason for the 4 stars is it does have a very clinical look so a more furniture appearance would be nice; AND the steps could be just a tad bit wider/deeper to make turning around on the top step to sit down a little safer. But I’d buy it again for sure.

These are very helpful for folks with leg issues. Its difficult for my sister to step up on a 7” stool to get into my truck. These steps make it do Much easier and less painful to get into and out of my truck. I did not attach the grab rail and the steps are still sturdy and safe to use. I would recommend to family and friends. They are not as light weight as plastic stools, but worth the extra weight.

Very pleased with this stepstool. My wife, who has mobility issues, was unable to get up into our campervan because of the high first step on the side of the van, and this stepstool solved it. It's better than a single step because it's more stable (more feet) and the steps are at small enough height intervals. It also assembles and breaks down well, everything attaches with thumb screws, so no tools are required. Broken down into three pieces, it fits well into one of the cabinets in the van. And the handhold is helpful for her stability getting up or down. Very pleased, would highly recommend.

I purchased this step stool with a handle and non-slip steps to help me get into high beds at hotels and Airbnbs, as well as to make getting in and out of my SUV much easier. I do need help from someone to put it into my car after I use it. After using it for several weeks now, I can confidently say it has made a huge difference in accessibility. This two-step stool is very easy to use and makes you feel safe since the steps aren’t tall. It’s great for pantries or reaching the top of closets and provides a little more independence for seniors. The only caution is that the handle isn’t quite as sturdy as some may prefer, but it hasn’t stopped my husband or me from using it.

I bought this to help my senior mother to get into the jeep. It is a very sturdy product, and we took it out for a test drive today and she says it helped a lot! The steps are not high.

my wife who is now recovering her walking ability from long covid had trouble getting into our new SUV which is higher and seat set deeper from door than our car so looked for a helpful solution. This step stool with rail appeared ideal even though I found price higher than I felt it should be. It came quickly and was easy to assemble without tools, the directions very clear. Steps are very stable and the railing which can install either side is extremely helpful. Enough room on upper step for her to turn and get into the SUV. Stool can hold heavy weight and is light enough as a senior I can lift and put in back of the SUV easily. As a bonus also helpful around the house for me to safely get into upper cupboards and change light bulbs. So recommend for seniors and mobily limited people despite the cost.

Bought this so make it easy for my 92 year old mom to get into our pickup truck. Works prefect, up the two stairs while.hanging onto the handle then on to the running board while still hanging into the handle and now the handle in the truck and she is in. Does the same coming out just in reverse order.
