Do you have a metal thing in a deep dark hole? Then you need a magnet on a stick. This is a good one.

It’s been working great so far. I did wish it had a little more strength in the magnetic strength.

I bought this for my ex landlord . When I bought my house from her there was lots of roofing nails in my driveway I borrowed a cheap magnet kinda like this one and it broke after I got a few nails stuck on it. I wanted to make it right with her and buy her a better one but not too expensive like over $20.00 was my budget. I seen this one and I know craftsman is a great name brand for most tools. Every person I know always has something craftsman in their toolbox. So I went thru the comments and discrimination and no one had any complaints about the tool itself just where it was made so I just went ahead with the purchase it was less that $4.00 because it was on an deal and lighting times deal. It was super cheap. Let me tell you this craftsman magnet tool is great it feels very durable and made a lot better than the other one I broke. I did open it up before I gave it to her to make sure it was worth giving to her. She was a super nice landlord and we became friends after I bought her home. Well I did end up giving it to her she was shocked when she seen it was a craftsman. She told me that I didn’t have to replace it with an expensive one she said it was cheap and I told her that that one was cheap too it was on a deal on Amazon and it was less than $5.00. She was shocked and said hers was about $5.00. I told her we’ll see I spent less than you for a better quality one :-). We both laughed and she said that she is going to look at getting more of them for her workers because she used hers and loved how much stronger the magnet is and how much longer it is and how easy it is to push down without getting stuck halfway down. She compared them both and she is very impressed even though she said that craftsman did move to more china production but since it’s USA quality checked that she doesn’t really notice a big difference between older USA craftsman and the new craftsman because she said that they are still in the same class as most name brand tools are today. It’s just how it works since we become in the new age. But overall I do highly recommend getting this one everything is just exactly what you are looking for! :-)
