Have only had the tablets for a day now but I bought two for my twin toddlers and honestly it’s been great so far. It’s mainly for the educational apps at this point but they love it. Was an easy and quick set up and I love that I can manage both tablets from my phone. A big standout point for me is the battery life. I only charged them to about 60%, they used it for hours last night and this morning the battery life was still over 50% and I hadn’t even switched them completely off. There are so many apps you can download and use. It’s perfect for lil hands and the cases are sturdy to withstand drops and falls. The screen is small but perfect for toddlers and the quality of the picture is great. So far it doesn’t lag and works well with the WiFi. I was really surprised to come back and see the price was high as I only bought them for £60 each. Very happy I bought them when I did.

Very good buy and works great. My only issue is the 2 year warranty is very complicated to sort. We have had this tablet a few years and the last time we had to get it replaced it was totally grand and they fixed it no bother. It's been about 6 months the sound went and it wouldn't update so videos wouldnt play, so we asked for a repair and this time it was overly complicated and i found customer service rude. They couldn't get it fixed only issue a refund? When I asked how come, they where very short with me. I wasn't really arguing just confused as to why it couldn't be repaired like before? He didn't seem to be able to explain why and made me out to be stupid for even asking. They also offered a 10 pound gift voucher ehich i never got, they offered it for the fact they mixed up the collection of the original tablet, didn't send a label for the return, they hung up on me when I tried to speak to customer service and generally the fact it was overly complicated. Anyway over all it's a perfectly good product for a tablet for wee ones and the 2 year warranty is very useful. Just make sure to give yourself a couple of days to get it repaired and be prepared for rude customer service and having to chase them to find out what's going on.

Have an autistic almost 4 year old. This has been great for him to start learning with. The range of apps are fantastic and it’s got good battery life as it tends to last all day then I charge it in the evening. I don’t personally experience any issues, sometimes it is a little slow to load but also finding that’s helping to teach him patience so silver linings and all! My older daughter likes the tablet too she’s 6 so it covers quite a lot of the younger ages! My son broke his first tablet after the first week, Amazon handled it so quick I got the new tablet before I sent the old one back so he wasn’t without a tablet which is amazing and fuss free, highly recommend getting the tempered glass screen protectors tho as this seems to be pro-longing the screen from breaking this time! Over all happy with my purchase and Amazons outstanding services!

Excellent product, lightweight, came with a silicone bounce prof case, I did add a tough screen protector myself as it didn’t come with one! Only downside in my opinion. The device is easily set up with a link to your own Amazon account (or without if you’d prefer!) can have adult and up to 4 kids profiles per device and can be pin protected. Web browsing feature can be disabled- which is the first thing I did, personally i’m not one for my child having any internet / YouTube access. Parental dashboard allows you to see everything your child see’s and you can add screen time limits and switch off and lock the tablet from the dashboard, perfect if your child refuses to give it up as they have no way to unlock it, only you can from the dashboard. I got it with a years free Amazonkids+ pass and it has 2 year worry free warranty- any issue just factory reset and send back (via the appropriate pathways) it does take a minute to get used to the android functions if you’ve never used them before but it’s all easy enough and quick to learn.
