All the complaints about leaking are probably due to wrong gaskets being placed in the wrong location and not installing the teflon tape the proper way of the threads. Don’t listen to those comments. This one is in our master bathroom and we have the same one in our kids bathroom. No issues. I’m not big on writing reviews but this swivel’s properly and works as it’s supposed to. Tighten till it becomes hard to tighten and then no more or you will break the plastic parts like others have done. Def a 5 star review. Also get a shower head filter trust me you’ll notice the difference in feeling clean when you get out of the shower. The brand I purchased with this OFFO holder was SR SUN RISE 20 stage (which is the canister looking thing)

I bought a new shower head that came with the holder. It was a flimsy plastic that broke upon install. I grabbed this and it showed up 2 days later and took less than 2 minutes to install and it works PERFECTLY. Love it!

Works exactly as intended. The material feels like a cheaper side of plastic and unforgiving to over tightening. Very simple install; I would recommend hitting threads on first attempt; damage could occur to the plastic threads.

Nice and solid but the socket for the shower wand is too small in diameter. Shower head barely fits in. That's why only 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 5.

Bought to replace a plastic version that came with a shower head and snapped at the holder. Fits and works perfectly on a standard shower supply line. This is actual metal, not ABS with a metal finish. I love that it comes with plumbing tape (I ended up using what I had, plus some plumbers putty for good measure). As other reviewers have mentioned the holder is a little narrower than the plastic one it replaced but the shower head still fits comfortably. It just doesn't sit all the way down. Took a minute to get tightened and situated properly but once done, sturdy as a rock.

La qualité est excellente et je dois mentionner que les mauvaises évaluations sont fausses surtout après avoir lu le commentaire car soit il n’ont pa évaluer le bon produit qui est à 100% métal ou bien il ne savent pas comment l’installer. En ce qui me concerne cet objet n’est pas fait pour constamment pivoter mais bien pour être ajusté en fonction d’un usage normal.

Good fit for an older Moen handheld shower head. No tools required to install. Hand tight was enough so that the rubber washer wouldn't be damaged. No Leaks from this fitting.

EDIT: It appears that a washer had fallen out while I was examining the pieces. Once I put it back in, the gap was plugged and the shower head is working correctly for now. Review updated to reflect this. Old review: There is this gap in the washer around the part that rotates the mount. This allows water to shoot out behind the shower mount. Absolutely useless design.
