I use this product for constipation caused by e endomitriosis flares. It doesn’t further activate my pain (usually) and is small and easy to figure out. These are small like the size of a lipstick or idk travel lotion- the saline ones are gigantic like a kids water bottle. Needless to say these are the best. MiraLAX chews give me terrible tummy craps, and the fleet glycerin capsules take way longer to work and I waste 30 mins to an hour. This is a packable & decently quick thing to use and go and dispose. I don’t get bad cramps from these unless I’m already having terrible cramps- then it’s game on unfortunately as many endometriosis, Adenomiosis EDS & otherwise fantastic gals know. I also take MiraLAX daily. Chia seeds- all that jazz. When I have my nerves acting up these can provide relief when I otherwise couldn’t without derailing my whole day. Give yourself plenty of time the first tries if you have that luxury so you know when your tummy toilet parade is truly done. If you’re on vacay and a in a pinch- just go for it! You’ll be relieved soon and life feels so much better without a ton of extra poo around.

Wow. I have never dealt with constipation in my life so this week has been especially rough on me. Abominable pain, nausea, no absolute to pass waste. My husband helped me administer this suppository and, I’m not kidding you, I was ready for the toilet within five minutes! Nothing uncomfortable or overwhelming, however i was able to pass a blockage. I plan to use another one soon to get myself back to normal but WOW. Well worth your money.

I rarely get very constipated and it usually resolves itself. I recently started on a GLP-1 and didn't hydrate myself or get my fiber in one week (wasn't feeling well) and I didn't go for 4 days. By the 4th day I felt the urge but was so blocked up that nothing would move. I cannot describe the pain that I was in. I did a "rush order" and got these from Amazon in a few hours. Honestly the first one didn't work and I know it was because I was so stuck at that point. A few hours later I did another dose (I wasn't going to wait another 12 hours or whatever it is-I was on the verge of taking myself to the ER) and somehow fell asleep. Woke up the next morning, stood in the shower with hot water aimed at me and was considering ANOTHER dose (trying to avoid the ER because I know what they would have to do to me lol). After a few minutes, I had movement....and I immediately felt HUGE admiration for women in childbirth without drugs. I cannot tell you the relief and how much better I felt. I keep these in my medicine cabinet for when my husband has times he cannot have a BM. He had had to be hospitalized for this condition and it’s not pleasant what can be done to someone in this situation.So far it’s kept him from the ER! It’s quick and effective . Easy to use and works quick!! It is gentle and very reasonably priced. I’ve had to recommend these to other family members before and they had good results also.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lifesaver — Truly Worked When I Needed It Most I NEVER write product reviews. Like, ever. But this absolutely deserves one. I recently had a perianal abscess surgery (incision and drainage) on Monday. I had a normal bowel movement on Tuesday, but after taking pain meds for a few days, I became extremely constipated. By day three, I hadn’t gone at all, and when the urge finally hit, I realized how bad it was. It was honestly terrifying — the stool was so hard and compacted that my body literally couldn’t pass it. I was especially scared because I have an open surgical wound in that area, and I did NOT want to strain.
