So far so good
First thing I noticed was there wasn't a bunch of loose threads hanging off like some Amazon "tactical" bags and pouches and it, over all, seems well constructed. Second thing was the bladder has been redesigned/upgraded, and seems more robust, less likely to leak, and easier to clean then older ones. It doesn't have a ton of cargo room in the two comparments, but I knew this going in and the beauty of molle is that you can customize your gear for your needs. I atached my admin pouch to the bottom molle panel a pistol mag pouch for flashlight and an old M16A1 pouch for glasses. This set up works really well for me, a low voltage tech, to jump into the company truck every morning, have all the things I might need and the H20 to stay hydrated. It is compact, cofortable, and after 3 weeks of daily use and refining the favorite of my four molle bags in ease of use and stowed item retrieveablity. The only negative so far is I wish the bladder compartment was more insulated but for $30 I'm satisfied. I will update for quality in a few months or it has an issue

Losing temp to ambient conditions is the only con
** In my experience, the first time you connect the straw to the bladder, it is only sealed after you hear it click into place. This is how you avoid water all over your back and pants. ** CONS: I'll start with the only con. The only insulated part of this system is the straw, so the bladder loses temperature rather quickly in the Texas heat. I bought a 3L water bladder insulator to solve that issue. PROS: Backpack fits well and stays secure even when running full speed. I'm a long-legged 6 feet tall 165 lbs guy and the chest and waist straps hit me perfectly (30x34 pant size). There's even little belt loop type things to keep the straps from flapping around in the wind. Well designed. No leaks on any seals or edges after multiple not-so-gentle uses with ice cubes thrown in with no regard. At this price point I can afford to be rough with it. You can avoid that 'funky' taste and get many uses out of this with proper care and maintenance. If it does start to get funky, don't worry- you can buy replacement caps, nozzles, clips, bite valves, straws, insulators, bladders, and even treatment tablets to fizzle and dissolve in your bladder to get the stubborn funk out. Immediately after EVERY use, I sanitize the handle, the outside of the bladder, and the backpack itself thoroughly. Mouthpiece and bite valve gets washed, disinfected, rinsed, and dried. Straw gets the same treatment. After everything is dry I use a fan and a paper towel holder to hold open the bladder and aim the air flow to the inside if I missed any water. So far, the above methods have kept everything not only clean-smelling and tasteless, but funk, gunk, and hardwater free. As someone who loves being outdoors but has allergies and asthma, drinking cold water during my outside workouts helps keep my throat from getting too dry, which keeps my chest from getting tight, which keeps my airways open, which keeps me (and has kept me) from needing my inhaler. That is priceless, believe me. I'm extremely happy with the price and performance of this bladder and bag.

Fits Great, but it's small. Too small for an all day hike, but perfect for a few hours of hiking.
Purchased this hydration pack in September of 2022 and used it extensively in the summer of 2023. First impressions were good; quality construction and it fits great. The bladder and hose assembly are easy to attach and route to the drinking position. The couple of times I used it in 2022 and early 2023, I had zero complaints and it worked as it should. In the summer of 2023, I traveled from my home in Alaska to California and Eastern Washington where I used this hydration pack a LOT ! Hiked in the Sierra's and having the larger quantity of water was awesome. I really enjoyed being able to fill it with ice water and use it a cooling pack on my back in the heat of Central California. On three occasions we hiked form the car and were on the trail for 2 to 4 hours. On a concert camping trip at the Gorge, in Washington, this pack was a life saver. Same deal, filled it with ice water and I stayed cool while wearing it in the 90 degree heat and wandering around the booths and Shakedown Street. What was really great, was being able to take into the concert empty and filling it inside - the larger volume of water meant I could hang out on the hill and groove without having to worry about re-filling. If you're considering this hydration pack, it's only limitation is it's size. It is small and not meant for long stints away from camp. I use it for about 3 or 4 hours max while hiking. There just isn't space in the pack for food and a stove etc.... There's space for a few small snacks and the essentials. I used it this past week for a short 2 hour hike on Kruzof Island and it was perfect: fit a first aid kit, firearm, folding knife, wallet and phone. But again, I was back at camp within a couple hours. If you plan to carry a small stove or extra clothing, you'll want a larger pack.

I really like this hydration backpack. It is small and sleek yet still carries a lot of water aswell as it has several good size pockets to fit snacks and extra clothing, or whatever you want to carry with you. The bag seems well constructed using quality materials. It fits quite comfortably, and the straps are adjustable to fit different people.

Sehr strapazierfähiges Material und gute Qualität. Für extra Sachen wie Essen ist leider wenig Platz wenn die Blase komplett voll ist.
