Think twice (or maybe 500 times!) before ordering
I purchased a coffee-colored saree but initiated a return due to quality issues. However, the pickup agent rejected the return, claiming the registered return color was black—quite ironic, right? I ordered coffee, but at the time of return, the company insists it's black! Eventually, the return was processed, and the agent collected the saree on March 24, 2025, but the refund has yet to be transferred.Think twice (or maybe 500 times!) before ordering, as the quality is extremely poor, and the return process is frustrating.
