Zazzee Extra Strength Citicoline, 500 mg per Serving, 100 Vegan Capsules

I am active 73. But memory hasn’t been as sharp as in the past. I’ve tried Citicoline after positive indicators from research and I believe it has helped. I will continue using it for that reason.

I have idiopathic hypersomnia (which translates to "you're sleepy all the time and we don't know why"), and in addition to the sleepiness that I treated with ritalin, I suffered from horrible brain fog that kept getting worse over the years. I was desperate to find anything that would cut the brain fog and when I decided to test out citicoline I went with Zazzee because of the good reviews and the gluten free label. From the first day, I noticed I felt more awake and aware than I had in ages, and within a few days I stopped taking the Ritalin because I didn't need it (or its side effects) anymore. It's been almost a year now, and my daily citicoline has let me feel normal for the first time in decades. Other people I know with IH have not experienced such a dramatic difference, but they have mentioned it helping some with the brain fog and feeling more like themselves. Long story short - if you're struggling with sleepiness, brain fog, or memory it's unlikely to hurt and might help. But also check in with your doctor, if you can!

Good product, good price

I researched and spent a good amount of hours trying to find a superior CDP-citicoline supplement on the market that I could take on a daily basis and ended up settling on this brand. Formerly, I was taking another brands CDP-citicoline but it was only 250mg per capsule, a smaller amount of capsules per bottle, and not sold on amazon. Strangely enough, this brand offered more CDP-citicoline, a greater quantity, and a cheaper price than competitors - alwhile being manufactured in the U.S and offering scientific test results showing the potency of the CDP-citicoline (* manufacturer if you are reading this you should post the results to your amazon page for consumers to read *). So while all of that seemed a little sketchy, for the price - I took the chance and bought a bottle. Upon receiving the bottle, I took two capsules. The only complaint I have with the capsules is they do have a potent sort of "chemical smell" to it that makes me gag whenever I swallow them, but I try to take them quickly and to not smell while swallowing. Seems to work. I have been taking 600mg of this brand 1x daily for about 2 weeks now as an incorporation into my daily nootropic stack. All & all I am taking; 3000mg lions mane fruiting body mushroom, 600mg CDP Citicoline, 2500mg omega 3, 300-600mg adrafinil daily. Because I am taking all of these supplements, I can't really tell you if CDP citicoline is responsible for all of my improved cognitive benefits since having started taking them, but, I will say as long as zazzee continues to offer a reasonably priced and high quality + high quantity product - I'll continue to purchase. This is a great supplement to take if you are on a very restrictive diet as your body does not produce this on it's own.

No noticeable effects. Not a real great taste

My brain works like it did when I was 20! No more grasping for names and facts that I know I know. My mood is better, less anxiety, and generally more peaceful. Thinking of trying out for Jeopardy I am so much better! My wife came to me in tears about 6 weeks and told me she had early onset of dementia because she could not remember anything. I explained how I had just recently started taken this supplement and how I noticed all the changes it brought. She started taking them and very soon noticed the same results as I did. Her mood was better (less depression) and we really felt younger at heart. I recommended it to two of my friends and they reported back that their memories were better and even changes in their vocabulary as words just came to mind. Perhaps our diets were more lacking in choline that others but our results were stunningly good!

A bottle of woo for fifty bucks. Nice work of you can get it. Too bad I have morals or I'd be all over selling these magic woo-beans and the like... Purchased halvsies with a friend who believes in this type of thing. I tried these in earnest, as directed, until they were done. I honestly wanted to notice a difference, something, anything... Of course, nothing. Maybe needs more magnets and crystals... 🙄

You don’t have to worry about the fillers. I like this company.
