Fantastic watch bought it for work. It’s a legit G shock

Pros. Very tough, mineral glass, resin body, world time, timer, stopwatch, auto calendar, green color is perfect, display is very bright in sunlight, looks great, big watch. Strap is comfortable, watch is light for its size.Cons. Display is hard to read in low light, light is good enough to see hands, nothing else. I knew both cons before buying. I work outside so light is not an issue.Overall this is a good looking, tough, very large watch. I love it!!!I’ve only had it a day so I can’t speak for accuracy, it’s a Casio I have no doubt it’ll keep good time.

I bought this Casio G-Shock GA-700UC-8ACR because I've grown quite fond of this model line from Casio. It's big and beefy but not overbearing. I have 7.5-inch wrists, so it this watch's size is not so overpowering in looks. It's just right. Setting the time function isn't so hard as it uses the 5522 module. Setting it for daylight saving time and UTC was a snap too. It sits on your wrist quite comfortably and I don't get any fatigue from wearing this watch. The setting buttons are nice and big, so you probably wouldn't have a hard time pushing them if you're wearing gloves. The one drawback it has is its negative display. It is not backlit in any way. There is a light that lights the dial up to a less than usable degree, but you will not be able to see the digital display. These pictures were taken under fluorescent office lighting, so you can see the digital display reasonably well. Take a step into the wonderful world of Casio with this excellent watch.

To start, I like the large face and overall style of the watch. The buttons feel very durable as well. Setting up the watch was easy enough with a YouTube video. However, the reason for 4 stars is the back light. It’s definitely bright but It only lights up the analog portion of the face. If both the digital and analog sections of it lit up, that would be a guaranteed 5 stars.

Got this as a gift for my husband who was in the Army he always has it on he’s very happy with it. He almost cried because the last time he had a watch it belonged to to his day who had passed away before we got together. Fits him amazingly! Not very heavy. Amazing battery life he’s had it for 2 years now! We go hiking and it holds up vey well. For the price I would say it’s very worth it! He takes it off before showers but he’s washed dishes with it on and it still running so very water resistant

The media could not be loaded. I always wanted a Casio G-Shock watch and I’ve finally pulled the trigger! I cannot be happier with my purchase! It’s easy to read the time and date. Feels well made/heavy duty. The features it comes with is absolutely amazing considering the watch’s price point of $100. The watch has a nice weight to it but nothing too heavy that would bother you to be worn all day. I prefer this style of watch wearability compared to other watches where you have to manually remove the links in order to get your correct sizing whereas this you just adjust to your corresponding hole point. This is a must try watch!
