This is a good workbook to accompany whichever book on the human body you are learning from. This book is best used as 'homework' fun activities to make sure that you remember what you learned. There isn't any reading material,you have to use a regular textbook to learn the subject matter. I am an adult college student,I am using this book after I read my chapters to keep the knowledge fresh in my head. I draw and color on the pages with a colored pencil to help me remember certain things. This book would be good for home schooled kids,a supplement to regular homework,or as a fun refresher to brush up on anatomy and a little physiology that is included. There are 100 pages of activities,the rest is the answer key. The pages are double sided and they do tear out,so you could easily copy the pages. I love this little supplement,just remember that this isn't a book to learn the material,it's just crossword puzzles,matching games,and other activities to help you retain what you learned.
