I purchased the data recovery plan for the 1 TB USB flash drive. My bew flash drive stop reading data within less a month. I contact them, have to go through so many questions asked about my purchased the rescue plan. After gave all the answers including the order number, still being asked to send them screenshot from Amazon’ s order page!!!! After I sent what they requested still hearing nothing from them!
