Antique Genuine Leather Notebook Journal | Vintage Travelers Notebook Men and Women 8 by 6 inches

I got this journal hoping that the cover quality would be relatively okay and that the paper would be somewhat useable. It's seriously gorgeous. The picture is an exact representation, and it's the perfect size for me, I'm using it as a travel journal. The cover is actual leather and is very thick, and the paper is much nicer than I'd expected, there's no bleed through with any of the pens that I've used (and I've used micron and felt tip pens, not ballpoint). It's a great purchase for any age or gender, very classic looking. SO glad that I got this and can't wait to travel the world with it!

I have been looking for a lined leather journal for a while. After looking at a lot of journals and reading tons of reviews, I settled on this one. I am so glad that I did. The journal is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The seller reached out to ensure receipt and to see if there were any issues. I responded and notified them of a small issue. Bought for myself but this would make a nice, unique gift for a person who enjoys personal writings/journals, or needs a log-book, etc. The leather is "rustic" (as shown in the pictures, which are accurate), but the external finish is nicely smooth and seems of good quality. I do wish the paper was a little lighter in color. It seems a bit darker than the photos show; but it appears to be of good quality. I was concerned ink might be hard to see on it; however, after writing on it with a black-ink roller pen, the paper holds the ink well without any running or run-thru. I'd buy again as a gift.

This journal is very well made and looks great (just like the photos). My only issue with it is the paper inside is a bit dark for writing. If the paper were lighter it would make writing in it easier but it's not enough of a problem to not use it. Still a great product.

I am astonished at the positive reviews of this journal. The cover did not feel or smell like leather. I did not even examine the interior as the chemical smell was so strong I didn't want to handle the book much for fear that whatever was rubbed into the leather would come off on my hands. I did remove the journal from the plastic bag and left it sitting out for a few days thinking the smell would dissipate, but it did not. I am returning.

This is gorgeous and of high quality. I purchased as a Christmas gift for a friend that is artsy (does a lot of sketching and journaling). I think he will really enjoy it. I am interested to see how he puts it to good use. He is very creative.
