NERITE SNAIL - AQUARIUM ALGAE EATER - LIVE FISH FRESH WATER SNAILS

Arrived early. I ordered 3 snails for my daughters fish tank. But I was sent 4. They are all doing fine in her tank now

I know there snails. But. Was in a tiny bag of water wrapped in paper. In a Jiffy bag.Just glad nothing heavy wasn’t put on them. NO PROTECTION and nothing to say live animals. (When my daughter bought snails on Line we’re in little plastic. Medicine. Pots. And clearly marked. LIVE.Luckily they are ok. In post since Monday.I received them. Weds

10/10 for customer service and quality animals.My order arrived late and DOA (not suppliers fault)I got a discount on my next order and my snails were replaced a month later as discussed once the snow and Royal Mail strikes had been resolved.Will be a returning customer.From Northern Ireland x

My assassins arrive in a tiny jiffy bag. I was not optimistic about finding anything alive inside after our postman stuffed them through the letterbox, but all 3 immediately started moving around as soon as I floated the bag and they started to warm up. They have been merrily cruising around the tank and feasting on pest snails since.

Very happy with the 3 assassin snails I have received. All 3 were out hunting after 24 hours of being in their new home

They arrived promptly in a small bubble wrapped package with about 2 tablespoons of water.When I put them in my tank, I was ready and waiting for some pest snail assassinating!... I kept waiting.... And waiting, panic setting in! I thought are they dead? Was 2 tablespoons of water not enough? I scoured the fish forums! Turns out they are probably hibernating because of the journey, and it might take them up to 2 days to become active!They woke up in a day and half! Let the hunt begin!
