Love the lens, very happy with the image quality
This lens lived up to my hopes — bokeh, sharpness, focusing accuracy and speed. I'd thought about getting a 24mm f1.4 many times over the years and I finally went for it. The price of the lens is very reasonable, considering what you're getting and what other comparable lenses go for.

Bought this lens when debating between the GM, and I gotta say for the price it compete heavily with the GM version of this lens. Amazing product and build.

For lottery winners and highly paid pro photographers whose professional image requires that they never use 3rd party lenses, the Sony 24mm f/1.4 G Master is perhaps 5% better. It also costs $500 more. For everyone else, the Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG DN Art lens offers fantastic image quality and very good autofocus. To put the price in perspective, the price difference between the Sony and the Sigma was more than I paid for my Sigma 70mm f/2.8 DG Macro Art lens. That's right. I got two Sigma Art lenses for the price of the 24mm G Master. The Sigma 24mm has become my favorite lens. Whether I'm carrying a heavy kit or a lightweight kit, this lens is always in my bag. It never lets me down.

Apenas probado anoche, ni bien llegó y con la ansiedad de usarlo por primera vez. El foco automático vuela buscando el ojo o el rostro, realmente no estoy tan acostumbrado a semejante respuesta y eso que tengo otros lentes nativos (sony 55mm y sony 85mm). La calidad de construccion es superlativa.

Beautiful! Responsive, a beast in low light, minimal distortion, withstands high drive modes. I use it for lowlight nightlife photography, so far extremely happy.

Superb crisp and super good quality !! For my a7IV I see no difference in video test between G master and sigma 24 mm Great for photography as sigma is my favourite line of lenses !!
