Excellent gochujang paste
Got this on a whim, after eating kimchi for the first time and seeing a cheat's recipe on YouTube and convincing myself that I too would be able to make kimchi. I gave up on my dream to make kimchi but have used this gochujang paste quite a bit. It has really changed my marinades and opened up a world of flavour --so seriously so that I ended up making gochujang pasta (loved it!). The texture of this paste is great and it is very easy to cook with because it is not too soft but not too thick. I love it when you can use an ingredient bit by bit until you get to the right amount of heat and strength of flavour. I have found the heat level is quite nice. The size of this pot worked great for me as I am not cooking for lots of people and don't use every single day. I have found that as I use it with soy sauce and to create marinades for tofu, it has been good value for money because it has lasted me a bit. 100% recommend.

I am a bit late to the gochujang party but oh my, this is fab! Anything that can make cabbage taste that ambrosial is a must in the cupboard for me! A nice heat, not too hot. A really nicely balanced spice, it's going on everything at the moment!

Da premettere che non posso fare paragoni con altri prodotti perche' ormai acquisto solo questo, mi piace sono soddisfatta e la uso sempre ogni volta che faccio ramen oppure semplicemente un brodo veloce di Miso e quindi aggiungo anche questo.

Great, no bad additives much smaller size if you don’t want to giant vat of gojujang
Great quality none of the bad junk additives great taste. Just know this is a smaller container which some of us like I cook with it but not as often as someone from the native country… So I don’t want a giant vat of it. This is perfect.!
