Q: Are the 3 wavelengths used all together at once? How does that work? There are no explanations about this in the box.

Hi, yes all three wavelengths (630, 660 and 850nm) are turned on at the same time when you turn on the device. The device contains 3 LEDs, one is infrared (850nm) and is non-visible to the human eye, and the other two LEDs are Red (630 and 660nm) which are visible to the human eye. Since infrared is in the non-visible spectrum the infrared LED will not illuminate like the other two Red LEDs.
