I am finding this pillow really quite comfortable- I have a body wide joint condition with my neck and spine being my weakest areas. It is providing me some strain relief I like that it is height adjustable- I sleep on my side, and sometimes lower it down by taking out the thinner second pillow inside. I have used it for around 10 months now. It has kept its shape and design really well ……..and the pillowcase pops in the washing machine One gripe I have is the bobbling on the pillowcase……loads of it. Fortunately, I have a fabric shaver thingy (see my attached video) which removes most of it, but it is irritating. Would love to have included with the pillowcase, a second pillowcase, or an option to order spare cases, and perhaps in a different material…… Comfy though, and am happy to recommend

As a chiropractor, I only use this pillow. I have recommended it to many of my patients who all return with positive feedback. I have the queen size for home and the smaller one for travel which fits nicely in my carry on. Great for both side sleepers and back sleepers.
