Except for the color, I can barely feel this on my skin! I first tried the Caramel color, which is quite dark. (Incidentally, if I want a tanned look, this is it!). I also have my shade now, and it is gorgeous! I love the lightweight quality of something that adds pigment, and where I need a darker look, I mix in a drop of the lighter or darker one. I have been mixing my blends of cosmetics for years now. I need to because there is nowhere on my face or body that looks "all one color," as it is unrealistic. Also, sometimes you can't get a proper match, so why stress it! Just go with the flow. If you need that cash and cannot get two, mix it with another product you already have. You can get inexpensive foundations in light and dark to add/subtract pigment. This product is pretty pricey, you say? Not really when you see how little you need to make your best face happen. The SPF protection of one of these products from this brand helps sweeten the pot. With this one, you need to add it. This product is a tinted moisturizer, so there is no mystery there. Like other BB creams, it is not about the cover issue as much. This company makes other products. Search Amazon. Lovely product, at a price I was happy to pay for a second tube. Enjoy!

First of all, I got the wrong shade as you can see on my photos lol So I am only using it to contour the face shape haha. I liked that this one has just the right amount of viscosity in that it can glide over skin without being too watery. It seems like the coverage is outstanding for BB cream. It has the fragrance but it’s not too strong and didn’t bother me at all. I think this one is actually one of the better BB creams I’ve tried over a decade, which was kinda unexpected as I’ve never heard of this brand before. I am going to get the right color for my skin after finishing the BB cream I’ve been using.

Not a fan - Not sure about the tint of this product

This is a review of the Erborian Erborian BB Cream with Ginseng. I have older, dry skin and I am always on the lookout for good creams and lotions that don’t cause irritation. Since many foundations and powders can be aging, I prefer using BB creams. Happy to say I like the one a lot. What makes this BB cream exceptionally nice is that it easily and smoothly spreads on my face; it is not “thick” and the texture is just perfect for me. I have used BB creams for years and have found that I usually have to mix different shades to get one that works for me. This is the case for me with this BB cream; I liked the texture so much I got it in different shades till I mix them to get it right. Even though I am pale, the caramel brightens my face if mixed in with the lighter shades. Recommended.

I'm torn on this product. I think had the color been a better match for my skin I might have liked it better, but as you can see from the pictures of my face in natural sunlight it looks very blotchy. It has an incredibly strange smell. It smells a lot like diaper cream. That odor is really off-putting. On the plus side the texture is very soft and it did not break me out or settle into fine lines through the day. But I just can't get past that blotchy look. I might try it again under my regular tinted moisturizer, but I can't recommend this based on my experience.
