I have a traumatic brain injury and get headaches/margarines often. I’ve bought these a few times now, and they make such a huge difference. It’s a much more instantaneous relief than medication (though not as long lasting obviously). Having one of these in my bag has been a huge help in going about my daily routine and my job with more relief. They’re so small, so they even fit discretely in women’s pant pockets. My partner also using them for random headaches, from studying too long or waking up with sinuses. And yes, my partner finds them just as effective as I do. They keep one on their nightstand. Would highly recommend to anyone for quick head pain relief, these are a game changer.

These are wonderful. I suffer from terrible migraines and these are easy to pull out and use, and they really help. I keep one everywhere!

They do what they say theyre supposed to do. They don't suppress my migraine symptoms at all, so it's not necessary, but just an added self care option. I've found that peppermint migraine forhead roll-ons work better for symptoms.

Inhale slightly away from nostril at first and then breathe at your own pace, BUTTT this product is so helpful!!Will buy again, and again!

For the love of all things holy whatever you do don't take a big hard sniffy sniff!! It will burn every blasted nose hair you got outta your head, bring crocodile tears to your eyes and choke the life outta you!! But hey the work good. I take tiny baby sniffy of them now as I'm now afraid of that lil stick.
