Recommend to complete the 3 courses for month every day diligently. Positives. 1. Taste buds will be active after a week of use. 2. Not recommended for people who smokes once or twice a day. I tried and I puked for 3-4 times, making me weak and plus the headache. Please consult a doctor before going for the patch.
