Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. It's only been a week, so I haven't noted a great change yet.

So far I think they have helped however will want to take longer to be sure.

I had a home health aide for a few months at the beginning of this year who highly recommended I try these. She was so confident that it would help me she bought me my first bottle. I have too many health issues to list not to mention the amount of prescription medication I take. There are so many ways that Dr. Livinggoods Omegas have helped me I honestly don’t have time to list them either. I can say that the first benefit I noticed was that my hair stopped falling out in less than a month after taking these and it was coming out in chunks clogging the shower drain and now I have absolutely no issues whatsoever with my hair falling out. I couldn’t afford to buy it when I ran out of them after my aide left. She was buying them in bulk on Facebook so it was a little more affordable. I tried a different brand and it was cheaper however you get what you pay for even though it was a good brand, supposedly, my hair started falling out again so I bit the bullet with my disability budget and bought a bottle off Amazon. I’m halfway through it and all of the health benefits are coming back. I was saving close to $7 a bottle when my aide was buying it on Facebook but since my budget doesn’t allow me to buy many things in bulk it’s worth the extra money now that I see and feel how much they help. It would be wonderful if my insurance would cover it but again it is now a part of my monthly budget. I don’t believe I will ever buy a different brand of omegas. Almost immediately after I started using this product, I begin to get constipated, and it only got worse. Of course, I stopped taking them, but my problems didn't start to get better for almost 3 more days. At that point it had been almost 6 days since I had taken a decent crap, and I literally thought I was going to die. stool softeners, glycerin enema's, full on enema's, you name it, I was desperate. But finally, it subsided, and things returned to normal. I had been warned before using this diet supplement, that it may cause constipation, and had been eating lots of greens and drinking more water than usual, but it didn't matter. This stuff messed me up. Money wasted and I will never use it again.

Too expensive but I like the idea of combining turmeric with omegas.
