Works great. Keeps everything clean and free of cleaning solvent.

It is pretty cheap and worth it, I think. It's hard to say how much protection it gives but it feels like the rod is less wobbly in there. The RAPID patch holder is handy, but by necessity it will require you to buy a jag in the right caliber. A slotted tip won't work well, Although you can do it without the RAPID.Cons: 1) The instructions could be a little more clear about how to use each part (some aren't explained even if I can guess at how they work). 2) The handle that holds the collar and guide steady has very shallow threads. Therefore it hard to get in and can get knocked out easily. Annoying, although some of that may be by necessity as the guide needs to fit a tight space.I haven't cleaned my 10/22 with it yet but I hope that attachment works well as Ruger wants to make it difficult to clean.

Nice product that fits my 30-06 perfectly! I particularly like the patch holder but make certain to use the correct size patches and to adjust the holder accordingly. The pipettes are a great thing to. PLEASE NOTE: THIS KIT IS NOT FOR USE ON RIM-FIRE CARTRIDGES. CENTER FIRE CARTRIDGES ONLY.There seems to be some issue with people thinking it will work on their .22 or .17 caliber rim-fire rifles because of the product description. I don't recall seeing anything in the product description that indicates this kit is suitable for those types of firearm. I may be mistaken but none the less I am very pleased with the kit. Great value from a good seller.

This product works great and is very versatile. Greatly reduces cleaning time and keeps the chamber from getting too much solvent inside. Fits AR as well as bolt actions. I saw where some have complained about the handle not fitting in the bolt recess in the stock and so all you do is move it into the ejection port and it is very sturdy. The accessories that come with it are all very useful. I will recommend this to my friends.

I am buying my second one from Amazon. I got the first one from another vendor and fitted a 22 bore guide from Possum Hollow on the patch holder...anyway...I needed this kit for my Savage 308 and other rifles. I am familiar with what it will do and know it will work fine. If I find I need to adjust something to fit one of my guns I will saw a bit and glue a bit and make what I need. The best part of this kit is the patch holder.I like the kit and recommend it. I also recommend making your own adjustments and make it do exactly what you need it to do. With the thousands of rifle styles out there, there is sure to be a few this assembly does not work with. Another post said to save the money and get the cheaper white tube types with the black o rings. I suggest that if this is necessary, get some plastic tubing to fit the end of the other style guides and attach them as needed to the patch holder. Make this tool work for you. For the price, I'll never do without this product again. It is soft and a little flimsy but really it is sturdy enough to do its job and last for years of use! Handy case to keep it together!

Depending on your rifle stock, and if you have a cheek riser, this bore guide system is too long when using the rapid attachment and won't fit unless you remove a cheek riser. Not a game changer although some cheek risers are a pain to remove.

Il tubetto metallico che funge da guida ha un diametro eccessivo e non passa attraverso le guide dell'otturatore presenti sul castello. Fortemente sconsigliato l'acquisto per la carabina in oggetto.
