Absolutely brilliant little ice pack. I had a hydrocortisone injection for tennis elbow and was told by my Dr to ice pack it every day. 2 weeks on and using this twice a day, I am pain free. Brilliant quality, leak free and works well. Instructions are on the box but frankly, what’s to know…put in ice, a drop of cols water and screw down the top.

Great size, perfect for sore joints

This Hot and Cold Reusable Pack is not the dimensions it suggests but does seem functional and not leak so far.I have shown in the picture it is only 8 inches long no it the 9 inches on description even after unfolding and stretching out.

This ice pack is the best I have ever used (nurse) it is easy to use robust material that does not leave condensation on the skin it is flexible and can fit around any joint easy to fill and although not advertised freezes inbetween use - it is so easy to use - the large size is brilliant for a man’s knee size wise - thank you

Really good, especially if your fridge has an ice machine. Keeps cold for ages and easy to empty and refill. Used for headaches and aches on joints. Highly recommended. Tip add some cold water in bag to allow more flexibility and less pressure if on head instead of cubes of ice

Great if you suffer from migraines.Small and compact design - not bulky at all.Very soft and skin friendly.Add ice and water if you like.Quality materials and good seal to keep water in.Flexible as you can use with warm water as well.

This ice pack is great. Just add ice and cold water, seal cap perfect with no leaks. I have a rash on my torso and found this little pack easy to handle as the bag is flexible making it great to hold over the rash/injury.

My wife thinks this item is really effective. Purchased to help in the recovery of a knee operation
