Direct replacement that works fine. Form, fit, function is good. If anything, they are a bit louder than the OEM version. Overall, they get the job done w/o issue. I guess the next question will be long term durability. Good alternative compared to genuine Ford.

Very easy to install and works great. This unit moves quietly and is stable under all driving conditions. A great choice in a replacement part for the original motor.

Fits nicely and actuates as expected. Missing a secondary connection the OEM had, not sure what it does.

I put this on my 2010 F-150 driver's side a few days ago. I had put a different after-market motor on that mirror about 6 years ago and it finally fell apart, but it had vibrated with the road surface the whole time I'd had it and had been losing its adjustment every time I shut the door, so I had to re-adjust every time I drove it. This one was half the price I'd paid previously, though the other one had also gone down that much. But this one went on easily and quickly and seems very secure, and I'll keep my fingers crossed, but so far, so good. Worth the expense and effort to not have to pay sky-high dealer prices.
