OtterBox iPhone Xs and iPhone X Commuter Series Case - Black, Slim & Tough, Pocket-Friendly, with Port Protection

I bought this case to hopefully protect my phone as I tend to keep my phone for a long time. I have to say, I am super pleased! The case is not overly bulky but still provides protection for the screen and the camera. I've dropped my phone several times and it held up great! My phone still looks new. I did eventually end up replacing it with the same case as it cracked on the bottom. This was after several years though. Would highly recommend it!

This is the best of the best of the Ottorbox cases. Survives falls, throws, toddlers, etc. Well worth your money. Otterbox also guarentees its products and I've received free replacements in past for cracks or breaks of case. Phone is always safe though. Awesome product.

Durable and great price

This review is for an Ottebox Commuter on an iPhone XS. Overall, typical great Otterbox build quality and fit. Not sure about the reviewer who said it wasn't made for an XS. Maybe they got the wrong model by accident? Mine went on easily and fits perfectly. All buttons (volume, etc.) are covered by the case, except for the mute slider switch. Button-covers on the case work fine and I can't tell any functional difference from the actual iPhone buttons. There is a hinged cover for the Lightning port; I usually hate having to open these up for charging, but this one is pretty easy and hasn't bothered me yet. (On other cases I've cut the cover off to make charging easier.) The back of the case has a cutout for the camera lens (of course) as well as the Apple logo. Really my only complaint with this case is that the back of the case is slick, hard plastic and easily slides off things when you place the phone down. For those who slide the phone in and out of clothes pockets or cases all the time this is probably a good feature, as it makes it a lot easier to slide into a pocket in your jeans or whatever. So far I'm ok with it, but personally would prefer at least a little bit of a grippy feel (although not full grip like a silicone case). Just keep that in mind if you order it.

Fits my new iPhoneX beautifully, and since I have a bad habit of dropping my phones that is is why my phone went from box to the case without ever touching or seeing any other space. Within 30 minutes or so I promptly dropped my new phone (and even though I have insurance duh! :D) I was still holding my breath since it IS over a $1200.00 phone - but the case protected EVERYTHING like a champ, just as it is supposed to do. It covers everything it needs to without it being too much, the buttons are easily manipulated and the speakers are not covered up. You can easily charge the phone and the area around the camera does not interfere with any photos, videos. In other words this case is pretty much perfect for my needs that is why I rated it so highly! I like that it’s not so thick that it feels like I have my phone encased in a brick, however it IS thick enough that when I bounce my phone off the floor it can take it. It doesn’t feel brittle, but it is hard backed. I am well pleased with this purchase!

Een erg sterke hoes

I am using this product for about a month on my new iPhone X. It looks and feels like a good quality product that is not too bulky. It is also not slippery and I'm yet to drop the phone... all in all I'm happy with it.

I have been using this for a few weeks now. It fits the phone well, appears to be strong, and makes the phone more comfortable to hold.

This fits perfectly in my front pocket. I purchased this one as a replacement and am very pleased! iPhone XS

Plastic is hard but high quality.
