For this price, not only do you get a really nice 4 DC power outlet, but you also get a 4 USB charger! I bought this power adapter to keep in on my livingroom end table. I have a table light and I constantly need to plug in other devices. I have a laptop, camera, cell phone, headphones, power bank, and watch that always need charging. So when I saw this nice little strip, I had to get it! The strip not only allows you to charge 4 different AC outlets but it also allows you to charge up to 4 USB connections. Very useful. Love, love, love that each socket is independently operated so I can control each with Alexa. Unfortunately, it’s not the case with then USB sockets where your decision to power on or off affects all 4 sockets. I’m guessing it’s cost prohibitive to also make them independently controllable via Alexa. In any case-this the best deal to get 4 independently controlled smart sockets - about 50% less than burying 4 individual smart plugs.I use it for my bedroom tv, lamp, fan, laptop, set-up and each power socket can be set on a schedule via Tuya to power on/off (i.e. BR lamp).

I love this power strip, it was exactly what I was looking for. I have Alexa all throughout my bedroom and it has made my life extremely convenient. Setting up to the WiFi and making the device Alexa enabled took all of 5 minutes of my time. I have the power cord connected to the TV, Fire Stick and Xbox. When I ask Alexa to turn on my TV she gives me attitude the first time, but the second time, she turns it on. It's also a lifesaver at night; I no longer need a remote to turn the TV on and off. I love it, its great!

Ok, most people are getting these smart home devices to control their home when they're not there. At least that's why I did. I didn't have much trouble setting it up though the instructions are microscopic and they're not for this item. All was well until the first power outage. The power was out for about an hour. When I got back I noticed that the fish tank pump and light that were plugged in to the power strip weren't on. I opened the app and saw "No Devices" where the power strip had been. The power strip never reconnected to the wifi and was forgotten by the app. I had to go through the whole pairing process again. Obviously this would be a problem if I was on vacation and I had stuff I needed on plugged into the power strip. Every other smart bulb and outlet I own defaults to on when the power comes back. I expected the same behavior from this power strip. I wouldn't even be able to manually turn the outlets back on remotely since it doesn't re-pair automatically when the power comes back. It'll be going back as it's useless.Update: While I was waiting to hear from the manufacturer whether this behavior was built-in or if I have a defective one,there have been two other power failures since I wrote this review. In those two cases the app remembered the strip but still had all outlets in off mode when power returned. Not acceptable. And I never heard jack from the manufacturer. Not good.

This is a quality smart powerstrip. I read reviews that said you couldn't control the sockets independently. Apparently they didn't know that 5 separate items would be recognized by the wifi. I really like this. It's quite convenient for my lamp and charger that are plugged in behind furniture.

okay this thing is confusing. IT worked for a week, then the wifi stopped working but the plugs still worked if you manually turned on or off. so i got a refund. they told me to keep it, and after about 3 months it started working again with alexa and wifi But a few times now it has not worked again, then a day or two later it started back working. what the heck? it is not my wifi because everything else works great and it is only about 5 feet from router. So maybe cheap parts inside it? can not recommend because it is unstable

compact, pratical and smart design.this is just what we need in our charging corner. It has 4 usb plug in slots and 4 power cord plug in sports. We have the wirelesscharge and one of the apple cord, the tablet cord and sumsung cord. this can solve our problem, It is so nice that i do not have to plug and unplg them all the time. I like that it has a long cord too, 5 ft power cord , so it can reach behind the sofa, It shipped veryquickly too. I love it. And i can control it remoterly, very smart.

Works Great.. Love the scheduled turn on/off option and can be controlled over internet. Since this have 4 socket all at one place I use in my living room table where I have lot of items to connect in short distance. I have Verizon FIOZ as internet provider it took a few minutes to figure out how to connect.. once connected works superb...
