Orange Fur Coat Vintage Fuzz with Adjustable Octave, Blue

This pedal knocks it right out of the park. The fuzz alone is fantastic but adding the octave part to help you be all spiffy cool? Bonus.The pedal will take some time to dial in depending on your pickups. I'm using it for bass, so I get a bit of leeway using active pickups and modern coils. Old school humbuckers better buckle up though, because the tone you'll get from this pedal will leave your teeth feeling weirder than a kid that just ate an entire big bag of sour patch kids. Super fuzzy. Is that not enough description? Okay then... Fuzzy enough you could make penicillin from this pedal's tone!Make sure it is the first pedal, or as close to the first pedal as you can, in your chain! It also comes with a cheapy 9V battery already in it. Keep that in mind if you are installing it on a pedal board and want to make sure there are no 9v batteries installed that could leak over time.Now go get your fuzzy on.

This pedal slays. If you love FUZZ, then this fuzz is where it is at. Well built and sounds amazing.

I was looking for a octave style fuzz and after learning about the Foxx Fuzz and watching a few videos, I decided to give this a shot. I've been playing for about 20 years, and this is my first fuzz pedal I've ever owned and I love it.

Quite simply the meatiest fuzz I’ve ever owned. After playing multiple Big Muff variants, and numerous boutique fuzz pedals, I stumbled into this. The others were all great pedals, but this was all I’d ever wanted in a fuzz pedal from the moment I first turned it on. It has a deep, dirty warmth to it that caters to vintage tones as well as everything from funky jams to brutal riffs. The optional octave effect is on a secondary switch, and even has it’s own knob to dial it in just as you like it. I highly recommend this pedal!

Do not order this from this seller. The boxes are mislabeled and they sent me the wrong pedal twice. The label on the box says "Orange Fur Coat" but the product inside is Orange's "Kongpressor". Hopefully they get this straightened out soon. I ordered the Fur Coat from another seller and it's a great pedal....lots of heavy fuzz and seems very well made. I was a little worried as I'm playing a Marshall Valvestate S80 solid state with tube preamp and I've heard that fuzz pedals dont necessarily sound great they solid state amps. Well....this pedal running thru the clean channel sounds way better that the overdriven dirty channel I was using before I had this pedal by a factor of 10!

Was built very well and sturdy. but had lots of problems with this pedal never worked quite properly the pots were a little off and the LED light would go in and out of working I believe I just received a bad pedal as the sound quality was also not very good and always hissed since replaced with Friedman BEOD and mustache audio fuzz walrus fuzz pedal from a local Michigan maker and couldn’t be happier with them

A great pedal for retro sounds and heavy riffs, excellent tone range, arrived way faster than it said aswell which is always a bonus

It is a present for Christmas. So I hope that it works ok. I was impressed that it came the next day!!!! Where I had been told that it wound be about 3 or 4 days after the day that it came.

Very nice octave fuzz mix, puts out a beautiful tone. Very robust as well for those with a heavy foot.
