This foam roller is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. It’s firm enough to really work out sore muscles but still comfortable to use, and it holds its shape well without denting. The size is perfect for full back and leg rolling, and it feels sturdy and durable. Whether for stretching, recovery, or everyday use, this roller gets the job done and is a great addition to any routine.

I bought this High Density Foam Roller about six months ago, and let me tell you, this is one product you must have if you're looking to help your muscles relax! This is, without a doubt, one of the best foam rollers I have used to date. It has proven to be incredibly durable, showing no signs of wear and tear even after consistent use over half a year. It's perfectly stiff, providing the ideal pressure for deep tissue work, and it's super easy to roll. The size is also perfect for targeting various muscle groups. It genuinely makes a difference in muscle recovery and relaxation. I highly, highly recommend this foam roller to anyone looking for an effective and long-lasting tool for their self-care routine!

So my cousin has a chirp wheel set and she also have one of these things, and I'm gonna tell you that the trip was kind of weird and awkward to get the hang out and this foam roller was exactly what I needed to crack my back I mean, my back is just cracking and crackalackin up and down all over the place. This is literally all you need. I just wish the value for the money was a little bit better. It's literally a piece of hard foam and it's not low cost. If it were a little cheaper, I probably would've bought one a little bigger. I think it's well-made, but you know it's literally just foam.

A yoga instructor friend recommended YouTube videos for beginner and a massage therapist friend recommended a couple more to focus on my piriformis muscle and shoulders. The pain in my literal ass was so exquisite when my right piriformis released that I went dim for a moment. The relief, though, was obvious right away and extended past my knee into my lower leg. I did both sides and have followed-up by rolling this area for a few minutes most days. I have not been awakened by hip or sciatic leg pain since then. The shoulder has been a bit more complicated. This roller is great for the bigger muscle groups, but its size prevents me from accessing the specific little trigger points around the perimeter my shoulder. After a conversation with my massage therapist friend, I have added an ORB Massage Ball and a lacrosse ball to my tool collection. If I'd known that rolling around on the floor and crafting my own style of self-massage would be so beneficial to my sleep quality and overall enjoyment of life, I would've started a routine long before the pandemic prevented me from seeking relief elsewhere.

Every household needs a foam roller. Foam rolling has made a huge difference in my lower back pain and I would recommend to everyone. This specific roller is the perfect travel size, firmness, and feels high quality. These rollers are $40+ at any sports store.

THIS FOAM IS IT! bought for my fiancée for Christmas as a funny gift since he is always saying his back hurts, well the first day he used it he felt instant relief we have used it every day since Christmas yes I said we because I also need back decompression! Just buy it it’s so worth it for the price also my husband has scoliosis and it works great for him and he puts enough body weight where he can handle.

About seven years ago I injured my hip while using a rebounder (mini-trampoline), trying get healthy. As they say, “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth overdoing!” I’ve just recently and happily learned that the frequent dull pain from the resulting tight muscles or tendinosis can (at least for me) be relieved by using a foam roller (although if you have a helper, a baker’s rolling pin could also be used), complemented by avoiding bending my leg (whether while lying-down/sleeping or sitting). Bending my leg seems to allow my left hip muscles (site of tendinosis) to more easily go into a cramp. All this insight is the result of visits to six doctors (each with different partially helping methods), swapping stories with other not-so-silent “cripples,” and various experiments. While the foam roller is not a total cure (I need to keep using daily or every other day), it really works in getting out the muscle knots, kinks, and trigger points! I especially like using it, as I previously could not sit for more than 15 minutes without inviting pain (through tight/shortened muscles or labral tears from an unstable hip). Being able to sit for extensive periods is especially helpful, as I enjoy sitting at my computer and writing books, something hard to do when you have to get up and move around frequently. So, "bottom" line (no pun intended), this is a fantastic product -- and, yes, the 18 inch model is wide/long enough for me! Great size for travel, too. Check out some of William J. A good quality and firm foam roll. Perfect for yoga and physio. Long enough to lay on with your head and butt on it.

Some people said it's too firm. And Yes it is firm. But it's a foam roller I think it should be firm to not only add longevity, but to really do a good job. I had another one that was not as firm and after 2 years its pretty much useless since it can't support any weight. This was a great improvement for a great price. I use this almost every day, and at 24" it's perfect for me

Great foam roller which is helping me with recovery from total knee replacement surgery. This is a better size than the longer foam roller I already have. Would definitely recommend.
