Issue was resolved
When I received my order today, I was disappointed to see the state of the back cover. While the front cover and inside is all nice and neat, the back cover has cuts like a cat has scratched it. Amazon.ca is however fantastic with its services and did not charge me for the book because of its condition. Thank you.

Very useful and informative. Nicely written. It help me a lot to understand how the business is like and the possibilities there are. I would not recommend it to everyone just because I don't need more competition... Just kidding! If you are planing to get started in the interior design field this book is a MUST
