The directions are confusing, the very first thing the directions states " ADAPTER NOT INCLUDED"..............after communicating with a customer service representative via e-mail, the representative stated that the adapter is used for conversion of power. Examples provided were pictures for ADAPTERS for Europe and Asia. I live in the USA and was not interested in an ADAPTER.The problem is THE POWER CORD to charge the camera was not included, well after another e-mail the customer service representative stated to charge the phone merely use the same power cord used to charge a cell phone. That did not work. After trial and error I figured out that the type of charger used was a MICRO type charging cord and not the LIGHTNING charging cord that I use to charge my phone. To alleviate this issue, the product should have included a charging cord.Overall, the whole ordeal was frustrating.

I had purchased this 2 days ago received it yesterday. I had set up the camera everything was good. Up until today the camera is fully charged but stopped turning on. I push the on/off button camera will turn on but then turn right back around and turn off will not stay on.

Easy to setup. decent video quality.If watching the live feed from phone the video does lag a lot. The FPS is very slow.You’ll Need to have a SD card to save recordings. And you can only record while you have the app open on your phone.

Great little camera. Perfect size for a small room. Easy installation and connectivity. The issue so far is that the battery life isn’t long and need sd card. Otherwise it does the job.
