You don’t need the automatic pumps, this manual does the job intended and does it WELL. I’ve had ED over 20 years. Nooooo the pills didn’t work, AT ALL. At least not for me. This gave immediate results and the included rings worked great. Just make sure to start with the biggest ring. Very happy with this pump. Wellllllllll worth the money.

Very cumbersome. To many moving parts. Cylinderr, tubing, pump and rings. The tubing running from the pump to the cylinder keeps coming off. The slightest movement, moving to the release button, trying to get the rings on, or pretty much any other movement causes the tubing to come off and lose suction.

I had doubts when I bought this but with this device you don't need any penile injection just 30 minutes to use it, works amazing and it does what they say it does and if you need to use the rings there very effective but it takes sometime to get it right but once you do your erection are great.

You just the rings and lubricant- the vacuum is waste of money. You also need the ring stretched tool. It is not easy

I wouldn’t recommend it to buy this item from Amazon because I didn’t get a full refund. I never open the box or the package. It’s a expensive item that’s not even worth it.

Clear plastic tubing doesn't fit and keeps falling off. Wrong Size?? I have looked everywhere but can't find the right size.
