BIEAMA 12 Pack Half Size Baking Sheet Pan, Aluminum Commercial 18" x 13"

I usually purchase the popular USA-made brand of baking sheets, but since I only needed pans for drying cookies, I wasn’t too concerned about thickness. Normally, I avoid thinner pans because they tend to warp in the oven, but I decided to give these a try for a lower-cost option—and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pans. They are handwash only like any other aluminum pans to avoid discoloration from machine chemicals. At $99 for 12 pans, that comes out to less than $8 per pan, and they are built to last. To my surprise, they’re just as thick as the higher-end brand pans I already own. I am now also considering using these in the oven because they are thick, so there is even heat distribution and will not warp. They’re also non-stick and NSF certified, which is something I always look for when buying baking equipment. In practice, I honestly can’t tell the difference between these and my more expensive pans. This makes them an excellent investment for both home bakers and commercial use. I’m very happy with this purchase and will definitely be buying more from this brand in the future.

I ordered 2 sets of these for my new bun rack. I use them to store bag making notions (hardware, zipper tape, and webbing. These half-sheet pans were well priced and arrived in perfect condition.

Had my eye on this for a year and finally bought when on sale. Came out to 7.50 per sheet and im pretty satisfied. I find the sheets are really useful for non baking hacks but also will be useful for baking. Flat even bottoms heavy steel. Nice!!!

Exactly as advertised, got here quickly and was well packaged.

These half-size sheet pans are sturdy and work fine. The one thing is that you should remove the sticky film as soon as you receive them. I unfortunately didn't use some of these for maybe a year, and trying to remove the film by that point left me with some sticky residue on the pans that is bothersome.
