Excellent Product, Very Delicious.
There are people out there who love to hate spam. Often a big criticism of Spam is that it is too salty. Low Sodium Spam solves the problem. I recently purchased a 6 can package of 25% Less Sodium Spam and it is great. The meat is not too salty at all. What is good about Spam is that it is easier to digest than unprocessed meat, has less water weight like ham does, and lasts pretty long. Spam has no hard bits of bone or cartilage that some meats have. Those annoying things could be found in other processed products. Spam doesn't have them, so in that sense it is safe too. Of course due to preservatives it contains it is not something you should eat every day, but that is common sense of any preserved meat product. Other two healthier Spam versions are Oven Baked Turkey Spam, and Spam LITE. Spam LITE and Turkey have less fat as well. Good alternative source of protein compared to expensive canned Tuna, which can contain small traces of Mercury

It's Spam
No dents or issues with any of the cans. Arrived quickly to the Caribbean while traveling.

Good stuff
If you donโt like Spam then this review is worthless to you. However, as a prepper, I stock up and Spam is a foundational supply item. I buy the less sodium style because I like it better. I keep a case, which is rotated out, in my prepper area and a note to those who might have to use it should I be out of the picture to suck it up and count your blessings. This is good stuff. Enjoy your dinner. Love, mom.

I LIKE SPAM, but with even less salt please
And I like it with less salt. But they should reduce it some more, if possible. It is still saltier than what I like and I eat a lot of salt; I have never cut back on salt for healh reasons; I'm 86 and doing fine.I like spam with mashed potatoes and southern gravy and some veggies, or just browned in a pan and placed between 2 slices of french bread. With a leaf of lettuce if available, but not necessary.I have ordered turkey Spam and hope it has less salt than this spam, but whatever, I'm sure it will be good.

same o same o
What can you say about spam . If you can heat it is the best great for sandwich or eggs and breakfast. Can make a supper out of it with a little corn rice or noodles. Really not all that bad. Last for ever and does make a great prepper food. Couple of packages of cans and you have a couple of weeks of food that does not take up hardly any space.

Spam sushi
My sister used to live in Hawaii. She came back in love with Spam sushi. I thought that was the craziest thing I ever heard. But recently, I threw a disco halloween party. While deciding on the menu, I remembered my sister's Spam Sushi. I thought, "Perfect! Spam was big in the 70's, I'm doing it!" I ordered the low sodium, because who needs all that salt? The sushi was a big hit. It actually tasted really good. I think more people took pictures of it than actually ate it, but it was perfect for the party.

Always good in a pinch
I became accustomed to spam wen out on a boat for long periods of time. It keeps well and it's quite flavorful, and can be used many different ways.
