Got my noise done and used these to help change my piercing for the first couple of times. They were a huge help. Made grabbing the small studs and out the new stubs and hoops in super easy.

Great quality

The metal is poorly machined and the parts don't fit together well. One of the set doesn't open and close smoothly, and with both sets the lock is difficult to disengage. Pay a little more for better quality, these aren't worth it.

I use surgical quality hemostats in my work and have for almost 50 years. These are a far cry from surgical quality, but for the price, they are a great deal. They don't offer the same feel or precision ability that true surgical instruments offer. For around the house, these are perfect, but to expect them to perform like a surgical instrument is expecting too much. While they respond well to a task, their weakness is evident when attempting work that requires a fine touch. They feel clumsy and are unable to navigate well with tiny objects compared to a surgical hemostat. All in all, they are a bargain, and for what I need them to do, they will suffice. For under $7, you can't go wrong because they come in handy in all sorts of projects.
