I have the immunity gummies on subscribe and save. I just received 2 but only paid for one?? How would I resolve this?

The product seems to stick to each other in shipping making it almost impossible to remove from the bottle. Is it possible to fix this?

If you put them in the fridge they will unstick. I think the fact they are natural and have no extra fluff or filler is what caused them to stick together. Other brands use chemicals to keep them from sticking.
