heavy duty well made definitely worth the money. I'm using it underneath my pool it's awesome and I love it and will probably be purchasing more

These were perfect for the festival camping I just did. They were nice and thick. I loved the color. No leakages from the side it was hung on. Super happy with this purchase.

The product meets all the parameters I need for my new project in my yard, it is heavy, resistant, practically impenetrable, I feel that it will be my favorite for a long time💖👌💖

Update: The seller offered me a refund for my tarp, I've updated from 2 stars to 4 based on their customer support.Original Review:I would not buy this tarp again, it is not waterproof for long, leaked within 9 months, and caused water damage to my popup trailer, and ruined the paint. I started to notice that the white layer was showing through on the corners where it was folded over the edge. I secured it with elastic cord, and a couple ratchets that were just barely tight enough to keep it from flapping around, there is no reason it should have deteriorated so quickly. I never used it while the trailer was being moved, only while it was stationary. I live in a temperate climate, so the UV should not be an issue so quickly. I'm highly disappointed, not just because of the damage, but because this was a pretty tarp, and now I'm stuck with grey.

Excellent tarp. The dimensions are exact. Most tarps are measured before making a fold on the edges. This tarp was precisely 20x 30 finished as ordered Thickness was great also

I purchased a 10x12 primarily because of its 12 mil rating but it actually measures 7 mil using a dial caliper. I hope it holds up. It did include 15 bungee cords which are not mentioned in the description but other reviewers did. In other respects, it seems well made.Follow up:To be totally transparent, Teal offered to refund my payment after reading this review which I declined. The thinner fabric will probably hold up in my use case but it's nice to deal with an honorable company. Thank you Teal Elite.Follow Follow up:It's been a little over a year since I put this tarp in service. Seeing how it performed, I thought I would update my review. The tarp is covering a wood pile and I placed cardboard over the top logs to help smooth out the irregular surface. The tarp is secured along the perimeter at ground level and I placed weights on top to help keep the wind from lifting it. It is in a very protected place and it only receives direct sunlight for about 4 months every year. I don't check on it very often but I noticed pieces of blue fabric blowing around the yard. I traced it back to my wood pile. As the picture shows, the tarp has totally disintegrated over the top due to direct sun. So much for their claim of UV resistance. I wish I had taken Teals offer to refund my money and I would have bought a different brand. The worse part is I have to get a new tarp and go to the trouble of securing it like I did this one.

Great color and thickness. However, it came with a tear in the middle and a bent grommet.
