Sticky yes, I got to plunge my fingers in bottle to get my gummies. This makes it messy sticky. Digestible.

Probably a little too sweet, but seems to work
I'm an adult. A man. I generally don't do gummies of any sort. Wife liked these so I added to our subscription and now I have one (not two-they last longer) each morning. Been generally healthy, not sure if I can attribute that to the gummies but not going to say that it doesn't help.

Find this valuable to me
I started using this to boost my immune system prior to a cruise. Decided to just continue on it.. and have been eating them for about 3 years now. With Covid being so prevalent STILL.... I feel it's valuable to continue to boost my immune system since it's this easy... Tastes good

These are sweet and sour and very sticky. Not sure about effectiveness yet.
