The media could not be loaded. A few pages of the book were bent & were not cut evenly with the rest of the page for the paperback version. Hardcover is in perfect conditions. Bought both the hardcover & paperback because I liked both covers. Can't wait to read itUpdate: Contacted customer service & they sent a replacement for the paperback
