this is a very good rod for $50

Finally got chance to put the rod to the test. It managed a ten pound Tuna and a few Mahi Mahi seemlessly.

Great quality
Good for what's it rated but the two halfs don't exactly interlock and secure with one another. They keep separating every other cast which is extremely exhausting to force back together.

Rod but broke in the holder.
This rod was in the rod holder and we hit a snag. The rod bent over and broke right below the reel seat. The drag wasn't tight on the reel even.
