I ordered one of these for a white LED strip under the kitchen units without expecting much, but it was easy to connect to wifi (2.4ghz only) and Alexa... can now control brightness through Alexa and have them turning on and off with sunrise/sunset. Have since ordered 3 more to control other strips in the kitchen and dining room. All are working independently and with Alexa... well worth it. Just note these work by controlling the power supply getting to the lights so are no good for RGB lights and they replace any remote units that you may already have coming out of the power supply.

I wanted to use Alexa to control my LED book case lights and thought for less than £10 it was worth trying this out. Worked a treat! Just plug it in, scan the QR code, this takes you to the App Store to download the necessary App. In the App choose 3rd party connections, choose Alexa and now your in the Alexa App and can set up routines etc. Just like normal. Definitely worth the £10. Let’s you change brightness, colour, etc. all through voice control

Fitted under media unit hearth, a good fixing to the back of the marble, variable light brightness is very good works via my I pad to set up then by on/off switch the only downside is the fixing tape both sets I have purchased have started to come loose and I am sticking them back every other day looks like I will have to purchase some double sided tape quite soon shame really because the lights are good

Works well and connects to my Google Home setup straight away, which was the reason for buying this strip.

Generally OK, however, I used as undercupboard lights and noticed, thE LED's dim slightly the further away from the supply connector to a point the last LED is about half as bright as the first. Just to be aware, as this may effect the light emitted dependant on what you want them for. Another thing to note, the transformer whistles when dimming. Noticeable in a quiet room.

Works amazingly, you can say commands to alexa like "alexa, set the brightness to 63%" and it will set it to that. There are no flickers even on 1% brightness which I find amazing for something of this price. You can make the lights to come on or off at a set percentage on any day and time of the week you like, repeating weekly. It also has a function for a sunrise/sunset effect. I will definitely be buying more of these as I haven't had any issues whatsoever with it so far. The only bad thing about it is that it isn't compatible with smartthings, but that's to do with the companies not the product.

Do not purchase. Absolute waste of time and money. Not compatible with wifi router. Can be used as a 30cm extension and nothing more

I got this to replace the old-fashioned RF dimmer controller I receieved with a LED "Neon" light. This is smaller and has much greater utility. Connectors were exactly the same. I can now control the light via an app - inlcuding setting a timer. But even moer useful I can control it with Alexa, on it's own or part of other groups of light I have and already use Alexa for. I can even ask to turn it on at a particular brightness. Superb!
