This has been the best purchase I've made for my garage and completely transformed it from bearly lit to very bright. Brightness and color: Based on other reviews I was worried the lights might be too bright and that the light color would be too white. I recommend plugging a single light strip into the wall to get a sense of the brightness and color. Even after doing this I was a little worried but was more than happy with it in the end. It is bright and the light is white but not overly so. For me, I use my garage as a partial work shop and for parking my cars and the fact that I can see everything on every shelf clearly without needing a flashlight anymore is amazing. So for my needs it's the perfect brightness. Note: The lights are brighter then they appear in the picture, my phone camera adjusted to the lights by making the rest of the image darker. DIY Design: This was fun! I didn't want to have two separate sets of hexagons along each side of my garage, I wanted a design that was more interesting. I also only wanted to plug in on one side so I needed continuity in light strips (one power cable has a limit of about 70 light strips according to the instructions). I also didn't want to plug in to my ceiling outlet with the power cable showing; I wanted to hide the cable. After hours of sketch-up designs I decided on the design you see in the picture that I'm really happy with (44 light strips - two boxes of 25 light strips). Installation: Installing the light strips and related corner connectors was really easy. They're very light weight and have just the right amount of play in the plastic while staying a snug fit when connected. I ended up buying drywall screws from Home Depot and carefully drilled those in to the drywall (with a very small pilot hole from a drill bit). The lights come with screws and anchors but I didn't want to drill big holes for each of the anchors and spend the extra time setting them in place. The screws that come with the lights are good for using with the anchors but not as good if you plan to use them without the anchors directly in dry wall as their thread isn't really made for application into the drywall directly. Other reviews have mentioned they've done this and because the lights are so light weight they haven't had issue, but I wanted the lights to be more secure. I hand tightened the drywall screws and was careful not to overtighten. Getting the lights all perfectly aligned without a laser level was not easy and required re-drilling and moving 4-5 anchors but that was also not difficult. The hardest part for me was rerouting the 14 gauge conduit from the already existing garage light switch to the hex lights. What made this hard was finding the existing conduit in the attic, pulling it out of the wall space, connecting it to additional conduit so it would reach the power cable for the hex lights. This required 2 junction boxes which are not super easy to connect in an attic space. But this part of the installation will vary based on your setup. My goal was to limit the visible power cable (see the added picture). Overall: I love them!

Was deciding if to buy these for some months. Until I heard my pastor in church preached a word about, “Let your light shine,” and I immediately felt compelled to make the purchase. First of all, the installation is simple and versatile. I saw reviews about the connectors breaking easily but luckily mine were durable. Furthermore, these lighters are much brighter than I expected. I used to have shadows in my barber studio, making it hard for me or the customer to see some parts of the head in most angles. Now, I don’t have to worry about that because I have 360 degree lighting now. When Gid said “let their be light” he was talking about these LEDS. My customers are gonna love these. I enjoyed installing as I used my creativity and formed the shape according to my studio physical space. 10/10 purchase. ⭐️

Thought these would be hard to install but they are super simple. The hardest part was determining how I wanted these to fit over the garage door opener which was really simple to do. These are super bright and my kid walked into the garage, flipped the switch, and yelled, "ITS LIKE I'M IN TRON!!!" Initially I thought, especially loking at all of the videos and photos, that the lights would cast a weird light pattern on everything because all of the images show a fance car with the hex light pattern. That would be very difficult to focus on working if that pattern were to be cast on everything, but it isn't. In fact it just floods the garage with light. Now when I park my car in the garage, it does cast a slight pattern but when I work on something you don't see any pattern, just clear light. The PROS: Super easy to put together and install Super simple to attach to ceiling (helpful with a second person but I put them up without any problem) Took less than 30 minutes to install SUPER BRIGHT The CONS: Now I can see ALL of the clutter in my garage. May have to send them back just so I don't see the clutter. (Just kidding) Overall: I HIGHLY recommend these. I am actually buying a second set to extend to the other side of my garage.

These are really nice lights. Easy to install and lights up the garage almost too bright. I removed some old florescent lights that didn't cast enough light for me to see well at all. I wired these directly into a junction box. You can create a lot of different configurations. I ran out of connectors and contacted the seller. They gladly sent me extra at no charge! I plan to buy another pack of 8 and expand the grid some in the future. One of the best buying experiences I have had on Amazon.

I originally ordered the 5 hex and then bought an additional 3 hex for my garage. Set up and instructions are very easy and simple. I first assembled the design I wanted on my garage floor and then transferred to the roof. Lights are extremely bright and I didn’t know how dim and dull my garage was before getting these. I combined it with the “treewell” remote control outlet switch with 2 remotes so I can control the lights remotely. You can customize the design to your needs and liking so they age very versatile. Overall extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase and videos of install will be attached. Worth every penny.

Well designed. For once, a product that is well designed. Very easy to install. Installed one 25 pack and was so impressed, I purchased another. Has changed my garage from daylight operations to a scene out of Close Encounters. There is so much light in the garage. I also appreciated that the vendor included two plugs. Since I had some leftovers, I installed another "hexagon" leading into the house, wired it to a plug with a remote control. Rarely do I write reviews but this is one that I had to write. Well Done EZHOME.

I hung these on a metal ceiling in a pole barn. I tried just simply hanging them up. Epic fail. So I used some magnetic toys to figure out how to build on wooden frame first and then hang on the metal ceiling. I also used a remote control from Chrismas lighting to plug into the ceiling. This way I don't have to plug and unplug using a ladder. This looks very professional. I love the super bright lights when working on the cars. Hanging these lights up was not an easy task. The time planning and building my support system first was well worth it! Would I buy again? ABSOLUTELY 💯! Would I suggest this to a friend for their shop or workout space? YES 💯

I brought 2 sets and combined to make one big set. Ended up one hexagon short but still looks amazing and brightest up what once was a very dark area. I contacted the seller with a question and they were very quick to respond and did what they can to help.
