If you are like me and need a thin, precise, single line for your eyebrows BUY IT. It glides on smooth, dries and stays and isn't shiny. I hope there is a good amount inside, not water proof BUT it stays good enough. I even can use as a lip liner and smudge with my finger a bit. Good buy

This brow pen would work best for people with fine, sparse brows. It's not the best match for me as I have several white brow hairs.
