I bought this for my young daughter’s birthday and it’s perfect. I am a pediatric speech language pathologist and am always looking for toys that will create so many opportunities for play, language, and imagination. This toy checks it all off. It can be used in so many ways, and it’s easy for my daughter to use. This toy is perfect for kids 2-6 I would say. I’ve used this brand toy before, and love how well it holds up!

I bought this set years ago for my son. He is now 13 and it’s one of the toys from his childhood that he always put away nicely and kept together. He wants to be a vet and has wanted to since he was little, most kids say that but he’s now 13 and still does. He still has this set in his room when most of the other toys are long gone.

We ended up returning this set and getting the $13 Fisher Price doctor kit instead. We figured our toddler could use those tools with her stuffed animals just as easily.We felt overwhelmed with the number of pieces when we opened this kit even though we had read the description in advance. Somehow we missed that this kit doesn’t come with a doctor’s bag to hold the tools. You’re just supposed to put them all back in the crate with the dog. Speaking of the dog, he’s not great quality and not super cute. I definitely didn’t want to snuggle him, and I wasn’t sad at all to be returning him.The tools themselves are pretty decent quality. Most of them are made of a hard plastic. The blood pressure cuff feels a little flimsy though.The crate is big, a lot bigger than the little dog needs. But i guess it has to be that big for you to store all the tools in it. The door takes some force to get open. The handle on top repeatedly falls down flush with the roof of the crate, and you have to pull it up to carry the crate. The crate was pretty decent quality.We weren’t in awe of the kit, and we weren’t thrilled about having a toy with a million pieces to clean up and keep track of. We were buying this to try to trick our toddler into loving the doctor, but we’re thinking we can do the same thing with a smaller kit and her favorite stuffed animal.The packaging for this was odd as well. Maybe we opted for frustration free or something? The crate was just free in an Amazon box. The dog wasn’t wrapped in any plastic and was inside the crate. All the tools were sealed in a plastic bag in the crate. The crate itself wasn’t wrapped in any plastic and didn’t have an outer box other than the shipping box. Seemed really strange to us. It wouldn’t be very giftable like that unless you kept the shipping box or put it in a gift bag to wrap.

Our grandkids love this toy! They actually fight over it at times. It comes with several accessories. The size is perfect. It’s sturdy and easy to open and close. This is actually the 2nd one I have bought to prevent the littles from fighting. Great product!

I'm a preschool teacher and I purchased these to go along with our Pets theme. I combined it with some tiny pack of 12 stuffed animal dogs that bought on here as well. The two together provided enough for my students to not fight over the toys and focus on the purpose (to take care of pets). The only toy that I had an issue with is the shot toy. It literally comes apart so they can push the 2nd piece into the 1st. I can see this becoming lost down the road. I feel the toys really did spark curiously with 1-4 year old minds!The children absolutely loved how the cage folds away into 2 "beds" for animals so it provided plenty of space and not 6 hands all trying to put their dog in the cage.Just an educator's point of view rather than a mommas!

My two young girls LOVE this set. One was given as a Christmas gift and we loved it so much that my younger one wanted one also. This is a great set. The items are sturdier than other sets that are on here and the carrier is amazing.Pros:- Comes with everything you need to be a vet- Items are sturdy- Carrier opens so you can have a bed for your pet- Easy to carry aroundCons:- None!We love this set and my two girls play with it all the time. They have so much fun being creative and loving to their doggies. They even have other play animals that they make sure to get checkups. Highly recommend over other items. It was worth the extra few dollars to have a set that wont fall apart as soon as you get it.

The media could not be loaded. We love this puppy crate. The plastic is really sturdy and it’s the perfect size for all his stuffed animals. The doctors kit pieces are fun as well.
