Is the spindle removable as my spindle is 69mm long. pindle removable

No it is not removable with me I needed the smaller ones but got the wrong ones it is fixed.

Can I return these if I try them on my windows but they are not the right ones ?

Why won't they fit? They are universal,I've fitted 25 no problems,don't know about returns,shouldn't need to anyway.
