Really helps with focus
My elderly wife has a real memory problem and other symptoms of early stage dementia. She has taken this supplement for a couple of years and I wondered if lt was doing anything. I didn't give it to her for a week and she was totally unfocused towards the end of the week. I gave the supplement back to her and the next day she was back to her "old self." I am therefore convinced that is a good addition to her diet.

Seems to work good at 70 y.o. brain fog. Helps when remembering things.

Improved mental alacrity
I have been taking this for at least a year now with my other supplements. It helps me focus on my tasks at hand, and I honestly feel like it does help process information faster and helps with retaining it. I also feel like it helps with information as long as you do work out and do your part of the work. A magic pill does not exist. It definitely helps with energy some too!
